• Files are processed locally using our own private infrastructure
• We do NOT use external cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OpenAI)
• Original files are permanently deleted after processing
• Transcriptions are stored temporarily until the user deletes them
• We do NOT share files or transcriptions with third parties
• We do NOT use your content to train AI models

4. Storage and Retention

• Original files: 0 seconds (immediate deletion)
• Transcriptions: Until the user deletes them
• Technical logs: 30 days
• Contact email: Until deletion request
