1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this service, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Black Bee Transcription provides automatic audio and video transcription services using artificial intelligence technology. We act as a neutral technical provider that processes files according to user instructions.

3. Acceptable Use

The user agrees to:

• Use the service only for legitimate and legal purposes
• Have all necessary rights and permissions for the content uploaded
• Obtain consent from all persons whose voices are recorded, when legally required
• Comply with all applicable intellectual property and copyright laws
• Not use the service for criminal or fraudulent activities

4. Prohibited Content

The following is prohibited:

• Child exploitation or abuse material (CSAM)
• Content that incites violence or criminal activities
• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Recordings obtained illegally or without legal consent
• Classified information or stolen trade secrets
• Content that violates third-party privacy
• Defamatory, harassing, or obscene material

5. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• The legality and lawfulness of the content uploaded to the service
• Obtaining all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents
• The subsequent use of the generated transcriptions
• Any violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Damages arising from misuse of the service

6. Provider Liability Limitation

Black Bee Transcription:

• Acts exclusively as a technical service provider
• Does NOT review, moderate, or pre-approve content uploaded by users
• Is NOT responsible for the content, legality, or lawfulness of processed files
• Does NOT guarantee absolute transcription accuracy (95%+ estimated precision)
• Reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete suspicious content
• Will fully cooperate with judicial and police authorities when legally required
• May report suspicious or illegal activity to competent authorities

7. Privacy and Data Processing

• Audio/video files are processed locally using private infrastructure
• Original files are automatically deleted after processing
• Transcriptions are stored temporarily and can be deleted by the user
• Technical logs are kept for 30 days for debugging and security purposes
• We comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Union

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to, without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Delete content we deem inappropriate or illegal
• Report suspicious activity to competent authorities
• Refuse service to any user for any reason

9. Fees and Payments

• The service is charged at EUR 0.10 per minute of processed audio/video
• The first transcription (up to 60 minutes) is free
• Payments are processed via bank transfer or PayPal
• No refunds once the file has been processed

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee continuous or error-free availability
• Transcription accuracy is approximate (95%+) and may vary
• Users should review and correct transcriptions as needed

11. Intellectual Property

• Users retain all rights to their original content
• Users retain all rights to the generated transcriptions
• Black Bee Transcription retains rights to its technology and software

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• This service operates under the applicable laws of the European Union
• We specifically comply with GDPR and European data protection regulations
• Disputes will be resolved according to the laws of the country where the provider is registered

13. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Changes will take effect immediately upon publication
• Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms
